Sleep Better Guide

What position do you sleep in? (If you are not sure, how you wake up is a good indicator)

  • Side Sleeper (recommendation)
Plush Mattresses or Ultra Plush Mattresses are best. When using a supportive sleep system, having an Ultra Plush or Plush comfort level on top helps alleviate pressure points especially in the arms, shoulders, hips and side. Ultimately eliminating tossing and turning.
  • Back Sleeper (recommendation)
Firm Mattresses or Cushion Firm Mattresses are best. Sleeping on ones back does not create as many pressure points. Making extra comfort layers not as necessary.
  • Stomach Sleeper (recommendation)
Cushion Firm Mattresses or Medium Plush Mattresses are best. (One needs a firm support if they are a stomach sleeper. This is to keep the spine from bending backwards. However, one should be careful of going too hard on the top comfort layers due to we must put are arms somewhere, either under your head or body. If the comfort layers are too hard it will create capillary restrictions causing your appendages to fall asleep.)

Remember you can always make a sleep set softer by adding comfort layers to it but you can never make it harder.

This can be difficult for multiple reasons. One- you are now adding to the number of disruptions you can experience. Two- there is usually not enough space for all to sleep well.
